Bio
An artist of movement and transformation, Ieva balances a life between continents — guiding tours in the Far East and creating in Lithuania. With a background in cultural anthropology, her ceramic, photographic, textile, and performance-based works explore impermanence, neurodiversity, and self-reconstruction. Since 2019, Ieva has worked with wood firing, studying under kiln master Kusakabe Masakazu in Japan, building smokeless kilns in Miharu and Mashiko. Her practice weaves East–West dialogues into clay, fire, and form.
